Grid Logix is the vehicle our partners deliver through. We own and operate every site, holding equity alongside the specialists who fund, build and run it.

The constraint on artificial intelligence is no longer chips. It is power, and the land with a grid connection to deliver it. Grid Logix secures that ground: we acquire sites, lock in their grid connections, and develop the renewable generation, storage and compute that sit on them.

Every project is structured as a joint venture or shared-equity partnership, bringing together infrastructure capital, renewables delivery and operating expertise. Grid Logix develops, operates and retains equity for the long term, aligning our return with the performance of the asset. We own and operate, for the full life of every site.

AI has turned electricity into the scarce input. The winners will not be whoever holds the most compute, but whoever controls power and the land with a grid connection to deliver it. Three forces are converging at once.

Generating clean power where it is consumed, beside the rack, sidesteps the transmission bottleneck and carries the policy and economic momentum behind it.
